We trust you. No income verification, no proof required — just a simple request and a promise to pass the love of the game forward.

⚾ How Our Accountability Works

We don't ask for income verification or invasive paperwork — but we do ask for a few things to make sure every glove reaches a kid who truly needs it and that our program stays fair for everyone.

One glove per player per season. If a player on your team or in your household has already received a glove this season, please wait until next season to request again.
A coach, league coordinator, or community contact is required. We may reach out to verify your request before sending a glove. This keeps the program honest without being invasive.
Pass it forward. When your player outgrows their glove, please donate it back or pass it to another kid who needs it. That's the whole mission.
Optional photo follow-up. Within 60 days of receiving the glove, we may ask for a quick photo of the player using it — just to celebrate the impact and help us tell the story.
I confirm this glove is for a child who genuinely needs it. I understand that a coach or community contact may be verified, that only one glove per player per season is permitted, and I agree to pass it forward when outgrown. I accept the SCG accountability pledge.
Verification Contact Required

We require a coach, teacher, league coordinator, or community leader who can verify this request. We may contact them before sending the glove. This keeps the program fair for every kid.

📦 Shipping Information

Unless you arrange otherwise, your glove will be shipped directly to the address below. Please fill out your full shipping address so we can get it to you.

If you prefer to pick up at a drop-off location near you, just note that in the message above and we'll coordinate with you directly.

⚾ Coach & Organization Pledge

Coaches and organizations are trusted partners in our mission. By submitting a team request, you agree to distribute gloves only to players who need them and to help us track how many kids were served.

Gloves are for players who don't have one — not as extras or replacements for functional gloves.
Please let us know how many kids were served when your season ends (a quick email is fine).
Encourage players to pass gloves back when outgrown so more kids can benefit.
I agree to distribute these gloves in good faith to players who need them and will provide basic follow-up on how many kids were served. I accept the SCG community partner pledge.

Second Chance Gloves exists to give every kid a fair opportunity to play by collecting, cleaning, and redistributing usable baseball and softball gloves. We focus on making gloves game-ready while respecting and supporting professional glove restorers by referring advanced restoration work to them.
